Pahilo Big Post

by Season Lagyo
Surrey. April 28. The dream to play full-ground with big post came true today when the Bhutanese brothers of Cottonwood United FC came down to Surrey to play a friendly game with HimSoc Yetis. CUFC bros ruled the game with their agile young players. What`s there in score as long as yetis have fun.

First Day of 2013

by Khiladi Khancha
Vancouver. April 7. Some fourteen yetis rose to the occasion and kicked-off 2013 season in their cozy home ground @ 21st & Sophia St., Vancouver. This year himsoc`s regular pros forgot their Nikons to capture the much awaited kick-off moments but luckily our ever ready pele Sharad came to rescue with his iphone shots! For yetis, good-bad or ugly, what matters is a goal. GOAAAL!

HimNite Party
As you all know, we had decided to move himnite from busy November to March and
set the date to March 23, 2013, last year.
Even though we now have very little time to prepare for March 23, the floor decided not to change the date and go ahead with a simple party.
The floor had a long discussion as to when we should have HimNite party. The participants provided excellent points and reason to select a party season, like harvest season, festivals or even New Year. HimSoc may soon decide and fix a good date for future himnites with the above discussion and past experience in mind.
Other topics discussed
-Think of registering himsoc to have proper bank accounts and avail other facilities
-Chuck that old uniforms, lets buy new!
-Always maintain himsoc brotherhood even during raging war to compete other teams
-Play for fun. Balance competitiveness and fun.
-More info and communication about himsoc @ larger Nepalese platforms like NCSBC egrp/website
-Get new players...inform...call...give rides
-blah blah blah

Yetis had a blast straining their vocal chords and beating the *hit out of that aaamrit`s drum!
