HimSoc is a quick name for
Himalayan Soccer Club of Vancouver, BC. We play soccer every Sunday for fun,
sport and friendship. We come from the beautiful cities and villages
nestled in the beautiful mountains and plains of Nepal, Darjeeling, Sikkim and
Tibet. We love to kick. We love to laugh. Our hearts are rooted in the
Himalayas but we are hooked to this beautiful game of soccer, golly, football
or Latebhukundo or whatever we call it. We proudly call ourselves Yetis...the mysterious and
priceless fun loving bros from the Himalayas.
If you were
a Pele of your time or want to bend it like Beckham or burn some unwanted
calories or simply hang out with Nepali speaking Messis, please feel free to drop-in every
Sunday for a good kick.
